The complete process lasts for 15 sessions, where you create a space to think about yourself, to understand "who I am" and make better choices about "where I'm going".

It’s divided into three parts:

Self-Awareness:
Natal Chart, professional personality indicator, reflection on values, life mission and personal strengths.

Organization:

Internal: emotional balance, developing self-confidence.

External: roles in life, schedule, time management and detachment.
3
Planning:
Set up 4 goals to be achieved within 1 year, time capsule exercise, 5-year visualization practices.
